When you book with us, you get a real person who builds your route around Ontario Airport (ONT) congestion, Victoria Gardens parking headaches, and Dodger Stadium game-day surges-plus a vehicle that actually fits your group and budget.
It's why so many planners in Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, Upland, and Fontana trust us for trips that run on time and feel easy.
Rancho Cucamonga Group Transportation Services We Offer
Rancho Cucamonga Charter Bus covers every group size with minibuses, full-size charter buses, sprinter vans, and party buses. Whether you’re planning a corporate event or a night out, we’ll match you with the right vehicle for your crowd.

Rancho Cucamonga Airport Transportation
Groups flying into Ontario International Airport (2900 E Airport Dr, Ontario, CA 91761) or Los Angeles International Airport (1 World Way, Los Angeles, CA 90045) often struggle with last-mile logistics. Your charter bus driver will meet passengers at the LAX Arrivals level or the Ontario International Airport Ground Transportation North shelter, saving everyone from dragging luggage across massive terminals. Because LAX is notorious for traffic bottlenecks at Sepulveda Boulevard and Century, having a private bus bypasses the rental car gridlock completely.
For corporate travelers connecting through Ontario International Airport-which sees heavy morning commuter surges-a pre-arranged airport shuttle ensures your team arrives for meetings in nearby business hubs like the Ontario Convention Center (2000 E Convention Center Way, Ontario, CA 91764) without fighting the 10 Freeway. Your driver will coordinate pickups at the designated Arrivals curb outside Terminals 2 and 4, putting passengers directly into a comfortable minibus or full-size motorcoach.

Rancho Cucamonga Concert Transportation
Large-scale events like the annual Rancho Cucamonga Summer Concert Series draw massive crowds to Red Hill Community Park (7488 Vineyard Ave, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730), where street parking along Vineyard Avenue and Lions Park Drive fills up hours before the show. Rather than forcing your group to walk blocks in the summer heat, a concert shuttle bus can drop everyone off right at the main entrance circle. We also provide reliable bus rentals for large festivals at the Toyota Arena (4000 Ontario Center, Ontario, CA 91764), where oversized vehicles can drop off at the north entrance to avoid the rideshare pickup lines that stretch into the night.
Because these events often involve road closures-like the complete shutdown of Foothill Boulevard between Haven Avenue and Rochester Avenue during the Founders Day Community Parade-having a dedicated driver keeps your group together and on schedule. Your driver will navigate the detours while you enjoy the ride. Every vehicle in our fleet features reclining seats and climate control, so your guests stay comfortable even after high-energy shows.

Rancho Cucamonga Corporate Shuttle Services
If you're organizing a business conference or corporate event in Rancho Cucamonga, efficient transportation is crucial. We regularly assist groups attending large-scale events at the Ontario Convention Center, where oversized vehicles must coordinate unloading in designated areas like Lot B or C. During high-traffic trade shows, your charter bus driver helps your team bypass the attendee gridlock by dropping everyone directly near the main exhibit halls.
For local companies like Niagara Bottling and Frito-Lay, we provide daily employee shuttles from the Rancho Cucamonga Metrolink Station on Azusa Court. This service helps staff avoid the stressful morning bottlenecks at the I-10 and I-15 interchange-known locally as the "Ontario Spaghetti Bowl"-and ensures they arrive on time. Long-distance commuters appreciate the comfortable reclining seats and WiFi hotspots that allow them to catch up on work before reaching offices in the Haven City Centre or Foothill Business Park.

Rancho Cucamonga Employee Shuttle Services
Moving teams to Amazon ONT8 at 11263 Jersey Blvd or the Kaiser Permanente Medical Center at 10800 Magnolia Ave means dealing with morning traffic on I-15 and crowded parking lots. Our minibuses and sprinter vans let your group skip the stress of finding a spot and show up together, ready to work. We use the designated employee drop-off zones at both sites, so your team gets out right at the entrance—no long walks from the far end of the lot. It’s a smoother start to the day, especially when you’re on a tight shift schedule. Call 909-784-6655 to set up a route that fits your crew’s hours.

Rancho Cucamonga Field Trip Transportation
Teachers and chaperones love how easy we make school field trip transportation in San Bernardino County. Skip the headcounts and carpool confusion when you visit the Cucamonga-Guasti Regional Park (800 N Archibald Ave, Ontario, CA 91764) or the Discovery Cube Orange County (2500 N Main St, Santa Ana, CA 92705). It's simple to reserve a motorcoach with air conditioning, onboard restrooms, and ADA-accessible features for trips to the Chaffey College Transit Center (5885 Haven Ave, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91737)-where students can be dropped off directly near the library and student services buildings.
When your itinerary includes the California Route 66 Museum (16825 D St, Victorville, CA 92395) or the San Bernardino County Museum (2024 Orange Tree Ln, Redlands, CA 92374), our drivers keep your schedule on track. You can even plan adventures to Joshua Tree National Park or the Santa Ana Zoo knowing your class will ride in comfort with individual climate controls and TV monitors for educational videos.

Rancho Cucamonga Government & Military Transportation
For government and military groups, secure and efficient transportation is non-negotiable. Rancho Cucamonga Charter Bus provides discreet charter bus rentals for training missions and agency travel across San Bernardino County. We've coordinated logistics for ROTC programs at California State University, San Bernardino (5500 University Pkwy, San Bernardino, CA 92407) and law enforcement academies at San Bernardino Valley College. When agencies need to move personnel between the San Bernardino Justice Center (247 W 3rd St, San Bernardino, CA 92415) and the county offices, they rely on us for punctuality even during the I-215 rush hour.
Our full-size motorcoaches offer undercarriage storage for equipment, while minibuses provide quick city transfers for smaller teams. Your driver will handle every detail-from staging at designated lots to navigating downtown zones near the Rancho Cucamonga Civic Center at 10500 Civic Center Drive-so your team stays focused on the mission.

Rancho Cucamonga Long-Distance Bus Rentals
If you're moving a group long distance, you don't want to cut corners. Rancho Cucamonga Charter Bus provides long-distance transportation that doesn't feel like a slog, whether you're planning a cross-country tour or a multi-day trip. Every full-size motorcoach in our fleet is built for comfort on I-15 and beyond-you'll get reclining seats, individual climate controls, WiFi, power outlets, and onboard restrooms to make even the longest rides manageable. Storage bays easily handle large luggage, equipment, or instruments cases.
We regularly handle long-distance sports travel, mission trips, and tour itineraries with stops in Las Vegas, San Diego, and Phoenix. Your driver will manage every mile of the route, keeping your group on schedule while you relax. You can set your own pickup times, plan custom stops, and focus on your trip instead of fighting traffic. From the desert heat of Barstow to the coastal headwinds near Long Beach, we'll get you there safely and comfortably.

Rancho Cucamonga Private Event Transportation
When you're coordinating a once-in-a-lifetime celebration or a recurring family tradition, the last thing you want to worry about is how everyone will get there. That's where we come in. From birthday bashes at John's Incredible Pizza Company (8180 N 19th St, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91701)-where parking can be a nightmare on weekends-to holiday parties, family reunions, and church retreats, we provide custom transportation that keeps your itinerary running smoothly.
Planning a pickup soccer game or community event at Central Park? We'll make sure your group arrives together and on time. Hosting a bachelor or bachelorette party in Victoria Gardens? You can skip the designated driver drama and let us handle the road home, dropping off directly near the AMC Victoria Gardens 12 or the Cultural Center. With options ranging from sprinter vans to full-size coaches, you can choose the vehicle that fits your headcount and your budget while enjoying friendly service and flexible scheduling.

Rancho Cucamonga Religious Group Transportation
Faith-based groups often use the Rancho Cucamonga Charter Bus Company for retreats, weekly services, and special events because it keeps everyone together. If your congregation is traveling to the Pinecrest Christian Conference Center (39333 Pinecrest Dr, Twin Peaks, CA 92391), you'll appreciate having a dedicated driver familiar with the steep, winding mountain roads near Highway 18. Oversized vehicles must often stage in the lower lot and coordinate with staff for specific loading protocols-your driver handles that while your group focuses on the journey.
During the annual SoCal Harvest Crusade at Angel Stadium of Anaheim (2000 E Gene Autry Way, Anaheim, CA 92806), attendees pack the venue. Buses are often directed to the ARTIC Transit Center side for drop-offs before being sent to Lot 9 for oversized vehicle parking. A charter bus ensures your group avoids the long post-event walk from distant lots, keeping everyone cool and on schedule. Whether it's a simple Sunday shuttle or a multi-day mission trip, we help you focus on fellowship while handling every logistical detail.

Rancho Cucamonga Sporting Event Transportation
Sports fans and athletes use Rancho Cucamonga Charter Bus for game-day transportation because we know the local logistics. If your team is heading to the Toyota Arena (4000 Ontario Center, Ontario, CA 91764) for a minor league hockey game or Ontario Reign match, you'll avoid the traffic bottlenecks where East Ontario Parkway meets South Dupont Avenue. Your bus driver will bypass the main lot confusion and drop your group right at the North Entrance Gate so players and fans stay focused on the win.
For coaches organizing travel to the Rancho Cucamonga Epicenter (8408 Rochester Ave, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730), home of the Quakes, we eliminate the need for parents to coordinate carpools across the I-15. Your charter bus will pull directly into the main loop for easy unloading near the front entrance, keeping your athletes together and on schedule. From youth tournaments at local high schools to professional events, we handle the driving so you can concentrate on the scoreboard.

Rancho Cucamonga Wedding Transportation
If you're planning a wedding at the historic John Rains House (1813 N Vineyard Ave, Ontario, CA 91764), you'll face a major parking challenge. The venue's small lot can't accommodate large guest counts, and street parking on Vineyard Avenue is restricted. Instead of forcing your guests to walk several blocks in formal attire during the summer heat, we can provide a continuous shuttle loop that keeps everyone cool and on schedule. Your guests will appreciate stepping directly from the curb into a modern, air-conditioned charter bus, and you won't have to worry about a single late arrival.
For your reception at the Etiwanda Gardens banquet hall (7576 Etiwanda Ave, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91739), your driver will drop passengers right at the main entrance near the fountain circle. This eliminates the long walk from the overflow parking areas-a common complaint among guests in high heels. While your group unloads, your driver handles all parking logistics. This level of coordination is exactly why couples and planners across San Bernardino County trust us to manage their most important day.

Rancho Cucamonga Winery and Brewery Transportation
Winery groups, corporate retreats, and locals love the convenience of a dedicated driver when they tour the award-winning wineries and breweries along the Etiwanda Corridor. It's easy to plan a tasting itinerary when you know your group can sip and relax between stops in a climate-controlled charter bus or minibus. You can start at Joseph Filippi Winery & Vineyards (12467 Chase Dr, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91739)-a staple of the region-where buses can stage along the wide residential stretch of Chase Drive for quick loading after your tasting.
From there, your driver can navigate the notoriously congested Foothill Boulevard (Historic Route 66) without a single wrong turn, taking your group to Hamilton Family Brewery (9757 7th St #802, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730). Because their lot is shared and fills fast on weekends, we coordinate drop-offs right at the main entrance so your group avoids the usual parking scramble. With a private bus rental, everyone enjoys the ride as much as the pour, knowing every mile is handled by a pro.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does it cost to rent a bus in Rancho Cucamonga, California?
+The cost of a charter bus rental in Rancho Cucamonga depends on your mileage, trip length, vehicle type, and season, but you can expect daily rates to fall between $1,350 and $3,800. Since most trips here involve at least one major highway bottleneck-like the I-15 northbound at Foothill Boulevard or the 210 Freeway east of Day Creek-your final price will be calculated by combining a base hourly or daily rate with the total mileage for your specific route. For example, a simple local shuttle between Victoria Gardens and the Ontario Convention Center might only run a few hundred dollars, while a full-day wine tour in nearby Temecula or a long-distance sports travel trip to San Diego will sit at the higher end of the scale.
To get an exact quote for your group, just call our team anytime or use our online quote tool with your headcount and itinerary details. You'll receive a 100% customized price estimate that includes your vehicle, driver, fuel, and gratuity, so you can budget with zero guesswork for your next Southern California adventure.

Minibuses (15–35 passengers) and sprinter vans (6–15 passengers) offer USB charging and overhead storage for quick, easy outings. Party buses (10–50 passengers) feature wraparound seating, Bluetooth sound, and mood lighting for a fun ride. If you need ADA features, just let us know when you call 909-784-6655.
What types of vehicles do you offer in Rancho Cucamonga, California?
+Rancho Cucamonga Charter Bus offers a wide range of vehicles to fit any group size or budget. You can choose from minibus options like a 15-passenger minibus or a 35-passenger minibus, perfect for shuttling small groups around Ontario or up to Victoria Gardens. For larger trips, you can book a full-size charter bus that seats up to 56 passengers and comes with undercarriage storage, ideal for school trips to the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) or sports tournaments at Ralph M. Lewis Sports Complex. We also offer sprinter vans, which are great for airport transfers or corporate meetings, and party buses if you're celebrating a special occasion.
Many of our vehicles include amenities like WiFi, power outlets, reclining seats, and flat-screen TVs-just let your reservation expert know what you need, and we'll find the right vehicle for you. Best of all, every vehicle comes with a driver to handle the I-10 and I-15 traffic, so your group stays on schedule.
What types of events & destinations do you frequently serve in Rancho Cucamonga, California?
+We handle corporate and school transportation to the Ontario Convention Center (2000 E. Convention Center Way), where oversized vehicles stage in designated lots like Lot C but attendees often waste time circling the Archibald Avenue entrance during large trade shows. We provide charter buses for Etiwanda High School (13500 Victoria St) and Los Osos High School (6001 Milliken Ave) sports teams, as well as group travel for CSU San Bernardino and Chaffey College students. Faith-based groups rely on us for retreats to the San Bernardino Mountains, while wedding parties book us for receptions at Red Hill Country Club (8353 Red Hill Country Club Dr) and Haven City Market (8443 Haven Ave). During the annual Route 66 Cruisin' Reunion, we keep large groups together along Foothill Boulevard without splitting into multiple rideshares. We also offer reliable airport transfers to Ontario International Airport and winery tours in nearby Upland and Fontana.
How far in advance should I book my Rancho Cucamonga, California bus rental?
+As a general rule of thumb, the earlier you book, the better. We usually recommend you call one of our experienced reservation agents at least 1 month in advance to secure the best selection and pricing for your group. However, certain busy times of year can significantly impact availability and pricing. For example, springtime in Southern California brings a surge of high school and college graduations-especially with local schools like Chaffey College, CSU San Bernardino, and UC Riverside-making it a surprisingly busy season for charter bus rentals. If your event falls during the peak graduation season in May or June, or if you're planning transportation for a major Ontario Convention Center event or an Angels or Dodgers game-day trip, we highly recommend securing your charter bus rental at least 3 to 6 months in advance.
Similarly, fall in the Inland Empire means heavy traffic on the 10 Freeway, 210 Freeway, and 15 Freeway due to the start of the school year and a spike in wedding celebrations-particularly around popular venues like Red Hill Country Club and Etiwanda Gardens-which can also limit availability. No matter when you book, our experienced reservation agents are available 24/7 909-784-6655 to help you navigate these seasonal challenges, find the perfect vehicle for your group, and get you the best deal possible for your Rancho Cucamonga charter bus rental.
Popular Rancho Cucamonga Charter Bus Destinations
From school field trips at the North Etiwanda Preserve to corporate events at the Ontario Convention Center, we've done it all. LoanMart Field (Epicenter)
Game days at LoanMart Field mean heavy congestion on Rochester Avenue and Arrow Route, especially when the Quakes face rivals like the Lake Elsinore Storm. Your group avoids the gridlock entirely when you arrive together in a private bus. We coordinate drop-off right at Gate A so your fans skip the long walk from distant lots. While public parking requires a pre-purchase online, we arrange staging for oversized vehicles in designated areas like the north lot for a seamless post-game exit. No splitting up into multiple rideshares or fighting the "Haven Avenue headache" on the way out.

Victoria Gardens Cultural Center
Visiting Victoria Gardens Cultural Center during peak season means navigating packed garages and long walks through the shopping district. Instead of circling the North Main Street Garage, your driver pulls directly into the Cultural Center Drive loop for a smooth unload near the main entrance of the Lewis Family Playhouse. After drop-off, your driver stages in the remote perimeter lots near Foothill Boulevard-eliminating the stress of finding parking. Whether you're organizing a school field trip or a corporate outing, your group stays together from start to finish.

Rancho Cucamonga Sports Center
Weekend tournaments at the Sports Center draw thousands of athletes and spectators, causing major backups on Rochester Avenue and the I-15 Foothill Blvd exit. Arriving by charter bus means your entire roster unloads gear right at the main entrance circle without a long walk from overflow lots. Your driver coordinates a quick drop-off and then parks in the designated team bus area within the Epicenter complex. Large-scale events at Central Park often result in Base Line Road closures and detours onto Milliken Avenue. Instead of navigating confusing barricades, your driver uses the designated drop-off zone at the Milliken Avenue entrance for a seamless arrival near the community center. Oversized vehicle parking is available in the northern overflow lots, allowing your driver to remain nearby throughout the event. Whether you're transporting seniors for a weekly program or attendees for a summer concert, your group enjoys a coordinated arrival and departure.

Rancho Cucamonga Lunar Festival (Rancho Cucamonga Sports Center & Epicenter)
The annual Lunar Festival brings severe congestion to the Rochester Avenue corridor, with surrounding neighborhood streets often restricted to local through traffic. Charter buses use the main Epicenter entrance for efficient unloading near the festival gates. After drop-off, your driver stages in the designated oversized vehicle areas, ensuring your group avoids a long walk from distant parking decks. Attendees arriving in personal vehicles often face a 30-minute walk due to full lots; your group bypasses that hassle entirely.

Pacific Electric Trail (Cucamonga Challenge)
On race day for the Cucamonga Challenge, the area near the Pacific Electric Trail sees heavy foot traffic and local detours.
